How It Works

Step 1: Get the VA Info Packet
Learn what being a VA with SC Services looks like, what kind of tasks you’ll take on, and how our program works.

Step 2: Apply with the Intake Form
Tell us about your skills, interests, and availability (even if you’ve been out of work for a while). This helps us match you with the right training and projects.

Step 3: Train & Practice
You’ll go through short training modules, complete a practice project, and get feedback so you feel confident.

Step 4: Get Matched & Paid
Once training is complete, you’ll be matched with projects that fit your strengths. Each project has a set payment amount that’s confirmed upfront, and you’ll always be paid within 3 business days of completion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience to become a VA?

Not at all! We’ll provide the training you need to get started. That said, any experience you bring to the table — whether from past jobs, volunteer work, or life — can help you “specialize” in certain areas. Over time, those skills can also open doors for growth into the Online Business Manager (OBM) role.

How flexible is the work?

Very flexible. You’ll have the chance to take on projects that fit your schedule and availability. Many of the women who work with us are balancing kids, caregiving, or other life circumstances, so flexibility is built into the way we operate.

Will I be working directly with clients?

Not in a traditional sense. SC Services acts as the bridge between you and the entrepreneur. You’ll be responsible for completing your assigned tasks and providing updates, but we handle the client relationship so you can focus on the work itself.

How do payments work?

Each project or package comes with a set dollar amount that you’ll know upfront. Once the work is complete and your time is submitted, payment will be made directly to you via your chosen method (PayPal, Zelle, bank transfer, or another agreed option).

Is there room for growth?

Yes! Many women begin with smaller projects to gain confidence and build their skills. As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on bigger roles, develop specialties, and potentially move into OBM-level work.
